Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 4pm / 5pm
Saturday - 7am / 8am / 9am
Fitness Area is open from 3pm - 9pm every Weekday.
Our Fitness Classes focus on strength and conditioning. We track each member’s progress in strength numbers and conditioning performance. Each day we program workouts designed to fit Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Levels of Fitness.
