• 3 Stages - 50% of Competitors (Male and Female) Move to Stage 2 / 20% of Competitors (And All Clears :) ) Move to Stage 3

• Stage 1 - July 8th / 1pm / Point Based / Run Out Course and Time Limit

• Post Stage 1 Open Gym for All Competitors - July 8th / After Last Runner (6pm - 7pm)

• Stage 2 - July 9th / 9am / Furthest the Fastest / Ranked into a grand prix scoring system that is combined with score from Stage 3 if advance

• Stage 3 - July 9th / 3pm / Furthest the Fastest / Ranked into grand prix scoring system that is combined with score from Stage 2 to determine Winner.
